Past and current orders have always taken a min of 2 weeks for delivery, maybe because I live on the west coast. Emailed customer svc who responded quickly to my concerns. At checkout, the customer should have delivery options. If Amazon had the product I needed, would have gone with them. Unfortunately this will be the last order I make with Copsplus.

Good price but item took 25 days to get delivered. Website says most items shipped in 1-5 business days but my outer vest carrier took 3 1/2 weeks.

Got your Review Product email on 12/24 but we didn't receive the flashlight until 12/30. It was shipped on 12/16 and we received it 12/30 thanks to Fed Ex SmartPost! Flashlight is great...had ordered it for my hubby for Christmas because we had lost his earlier this year. Was glad I had other presents for him! Tracking the order was so easy!!! Your flashlight and website get an A+ but your shipping gets a F-!

Great Store with great products but because you use Fedex SmartPost I usually get the product 2 to 4 days after it arrives at my local post office. Please use UPS or regular Fedex.
