I placed an order for several duty belt parts in plain black with nickel snaps but accidentally ordered one with no snaps and an OC pouch too small. I contacted Eric at customer service, he sent me an address and I shipped it back, within a day of them getting my return they shipped the correct items. No fuss, no wait time. Thanks Eric!

I had great service. I am a lefty so sometimes I need to clarify configurations for lefties. I got great help. But I would recommend that the site have images of left hand configured products. That would save a phone call.
