I would give Cops Plus a zero score if I could. Ordered a holster 10 weeks ago. Reached out to them a month ago, was told early to mid April, it’s now 4/25 ; no holster. I tried to email their customer service but the email was rejected because their box was over limit. Buyer beware! There isn’t any customer service here. Don’t waste your money!

On November 21,2019, I ordered a Holster for my grandson for Christmas. Never received it so on December 19th, I called and was told there wasn't even an order in their system. Being that close to Christmas, I decided to give my grandson the money and let him order it himself, which I did. On February 21st, three months later, low and behold in the mail we received the holster and a charge on our credit card. I called Customer Service to return it. Not only did I have to pay $12.75 to send it back, they didn't even credit me for the shipping charge of $10.55. What a joke!! I will never purchase anything from them again and neither will my family or friends. They need a lesson on Customer Service for sure.

They sell pepper spray with one SKU number, but the picture is of a totally different product. And they want you to ship it back or take 10% of your money back. Won't be buying anything else from this company. Overpriced and got something different than what I was expecting to get.

Ordered a belt over a month ago. Still have not received it. I contacted CS and was told sorry but be patient your belt is on back over and will ship at the end of next month. After paying over $10.00 for shipping and handling, I reached out to CS and asked that if they could next day my order since nothing was on the website about my order being on back order and I had to wait 2 months for my belt to be shipped. No word back from them.

Now I think I understand what the "plus" means! I ordered a DeSantis holster from Cops Plus back in May, 2018. After trying out the product for a grand total of 3 hours, I found it wasn't what I wanted, and in fact, the one I did want could only be ordered from DeSantis themselves, as Cops Plus didn't have it in their product line. I mailed the holster back the same day I received it, then had to wait almost a month to get a credit on my card - after a phone call, of course. The credit was less a restocking fee and postage (which I paid, including the package to mail it in.) The short message here seems to be: do yourself a favor...there is no "plus" to CopsPlus. Don't bother with them. High blood pressure can be avoided by never doing business with these guys.

Cops Plus should be Cops Minus. I just ordered a 45.00 single stack magazine holder and received it with the brand logo affixed crookedly. Seller states I have to go through a whole return process, leave work early to go to the Post office and waite two more weeks to receive it simply because they selected garbage to send me. Given that it's the holidays and I simply don't have the time it'll go into the drawer as a reminder to shop Amazon.

I ordered the flashlight holster for my husband for his streamlight strion flashlight for Christmas. The shipping was fast, but the holster did not fit! I know that I ordered the correct one! He was so disappointed
