Hi Ann, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your meter holding a charge. I have let your nurse know, and she will go over ways to troubleshoot this issue with you or can send you a new meter. Hi Stan, I’m sorry to hear about this. When you first start working with your nurse we encourage patients to save their nurses number in their phone, to track who is calling. I’m not sure what happened in regards to asking your question, but we are happy to answer any question you may have, you can reach us at 800-930-5144.
