In the last year we were provided blood glucose testing for our type 2 diabetes testing, initially this was provided at no cost and then they wanted to bill us for the equipment and medical consults that had been provided previously with no charge. I did not appreciate this tactic being used to get into our pocket so immediately indicated I wished to stop our relationship and wanted an RMA to return the glucose meter, blood pressure cuffs. We got the RMA and returned the equipment and testing strips and continued to get billing for calls from nursing to review things. Today I got a"past due bill" which I disagree with. It is a miniscule amount, so I have no desire to argue about it and have decided to clear it, but i do not agree that I actually owe this. I expect this to stop and future communications from this time forth.

I really tried to use CopilotIQ. First they will only accept a finger stick sugar test. I have used a CGM for over a year, it has saved my life with both high and low alarms. A finger stick once or twice a day is completely useless. Second I received a Withing PB cuff. It looks good, but is extremely inaccurate. Withing has no customer support, except caned answers to basic questions. They do not have telephone or email support. Third I was away from my house when the nurse called, she said becuse I was not at home BCBS would not work. I should have asked if the red shirt I had on that day would also make my call invalid. This service is totally useless. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Not sure who is giving great reviews but as stated in many other reviews. Waste of money, did not get any of the care I was promised. One call week one and no other communications for the last 4 weeks. I even used the option of hold for the next available nurse. After waiting 15 minutes it said leave a message. Maybe they called you cause they didn't call me. Went as far as not taking readings for 4 days to see if someone would reach out as said when I signed up. In my opinion this is a scam BEWARE!!!! When I cancelled it even took 4 days to get a call.

I wouldn’t have given them one star, very disappointed, I signed up 3-4 weeks ago and my nurse never called, I let them know and got another day and time and again no call. I called today to cancel and they said they would get me another nurse. I said no, my time is valuable and for them not to call leaves me the impression they don’t really care, just want my Medicare money Please think twice before you sign up

It's really a scam! And, they keep billing my account even though I stopped using them last year!!!! They are supposed to have a nurse call you on a schedule and talk about your diabetes. The first call came in 2 weeks after I signed up then not again. I called to stop using them because of this...and then, a nurse called. I then decided it wasn't worth it...Also, they said I talked to a doctor...I did not. When the nurse called she just wanted to know what I ate. That's it. No suggestions, no help at all. You can find more information from your doctor or online about what food to eat if that's all they do. I think it's a company that just wants to bill Medicare. That's it. DON'T USE THEM. Terrible.

Nurse who is supposed to be a nurse never called for my allotted appointment time. She could not even send a quick short text explaining why she was unable the keep appointment .I also see that this has happened to others. Some of us are elderly and very sick and have blockages of arteries.. I find that she is incompetent, unreliable, self centered ( she abiously doesn't care about others), if you have to call them other than for purchase, you will jirresponsible uncaring individual and am very disappointed with this lack of service. They seem to only care about getting paid from Medicare.
