Rebate insanity
Insane the steps required to submit a rebate. I will never buy from this company again. Just offer a fair price to start and stop making your rebate process so cumbersome.

Cooper Vision Promotion never responds to your submission post verification (even after checking SPAM folder) you must log in and most likely will see DECLINED. Website will not give a reason. You must contact customer service. Their excuse is the Doctor gave you the wrong Code rebate form. No one contacts you to let you know this even after providing all requested details by their deadlines.

I regularly buy MiSight contact lenses for my son. They always offer promotion to sale more packages. When you try to get the promotion online , most probably you will be declined like it happened to me several times. always accuses. Oooo you passed 60 days to submit. Oooo it was expired , etc... Keep in mind , they will put silly limitation to avoid promotion. Not an honest customer relationship.

Takes like a month to get two pairs of trial contacts

Rebate process is overly complicated and long comparative to the expiration to the card once to get it. Their website says to can call for reissue. Made the phone call after an hour of hoops I was frankly told after card expiration I forfeited the funds. NOT HAPPY

I've had a very frustrating experience with Cooper Vision's reward program. I earned a reward card, only to find out it expires after just six months. That's a very short window, especially for customers who don't make frequent purchases or who are saving their rewards for a special occasion. What made things worse was learning that if the card expires, you have to pay an extremely high fee to get a new one issued. That doesn't feel like a loyalty program- it feels like a penalty. Customers who've already spent money to earn rewards shouldn't be hit with extra charges just to access what they've already earned. A rewards program should build goodwill and encourage repeat business. Instead, this setup feels restrictive and discouraging. I hope Cooper Vision reconsiders these policies and creates a program that truly values its customers. I for certain will be using a different company in the future.

Terrible rebate system. They put you through hoops to get the rebate and then take 6-8 weeks to refund. Not at any point do they mention that you have 60 days to claim. And yet they take 56 of those days to process the application. That leaves 4 days (that could also be weekend or holidays) to make any changes or adjustments. Will never buy lenses from Coopervision ever again. Will actively avoid all subsidiaries and any other company connected to this one. I will encouraged all opticians to avoid ties with this provider as they do not value the customer or their time.
