Sharon, was very helpful, But received no notice from the shipping dept. or anyone else concerning my order. Every time I checked online the website said I had no orders. So I had no idea if my order had been placed or when expected shipment was. Sharon checked for me and said my order was shipping the next day. I got home that day and my order had arrived. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Sharon is the only bright spot in my experience with Cooper Safety

We received the order of 12 hard hats, but 3 of the hats had broken head rests. A plastic insert was broken on 3 of the hats and will need to be replaced. The lids themselves are great, but it is disappointing that 25% of the order was not usable. The inside head rests need to be replaced.

Mike, my sincere apologies. We have 3 new suspensions heading your way at our expense to replace the ones that were damaged in shipping. I It is VERY unusual to have 3 suspensions damaged during shipping. We've had the occasional one here and there but three is strange. So sorry for the trouble. Frank, thank you for the feedback. 3M, as a result of customer feedback, did add some length to the cords on the ear plugs you purchased. Please let us know if you would like us to see if any other manufacturers make a similar hearing protection product with shorter cord lengths. Cooper Safety Customer Support

The hard hat was great ,But I email your customer service about something and got back a smart a%% response. Therefore I will not be using Cooper Safety Supply again. You need to train your people in the art of customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
