No phone number for customer service. I ordered on December 14, over 7 business days to get my order. Maybe I was too hopeful. I wanted to cancel my order when I realized it was not going to make it in time. Can’t find a phone number. Didn’t email because I figured by time someone got back to me was too late. Shipped on the 23rd from KY, estimated arrival is the 30th! It might be a wonderful item but I will never order again if there is no customer service phone number.

Rip off!!! They say it’s coming from Wyoming and it’s really coming from China! I NEVER got my order!! This place should be closed down! Stay away!!

The blanket that I ordered was nice and as described. My problem is with poor customer service. I realized within minutes of my order being placed, that the wrong size was ordered. I immediately sent an email to the contact email address on the website. I explained my problem and asked to, if possible, have the order changed to the larger size. This should have been possible, and not profitable, as it truly was within minutes. No one ever bothered to even respond to my email to explain what options, if any, I might have. I have ordered in the past and recommended to others as well, but no more. There are plenty of other companies to deal with that care enough to address customer concerns.

Wrong size. Wrong spelling very disappointed. How do I send this shirt back.

To all buyers: Buyer BEWARE as this company is very shady. I purchased an item ( A female hoodie for my wife ) on their site and initially I notice only 1 color( the color we actually want) was shown of the actual hoodie with multiple other colors available. Not thinking much of this I placed my order. When the item arrived, my wife realized what we ordered was not of the same color hoodie I ordered. When I emailed this outfit customer service requesting help, a lady by the name “Lily “ replied and confirmed what we received was not what we ordered and she would be willing to remake a new order for us at no charge which was a good gesture. The problem was there were nothing else my wife wanted and I asked if refund was possible. “ Lily “ immediately replied back a refund is only possible IF we ship item back at our expense with shipping. Not thinking much of it , I was curious and checked their web site only to see Refund was always AN OPTION AND WILL BE ISSUED if the wrong item was shipped minus shipping cost which was clearly the case here. Refund minus shipping was never an option offered by this “Lily “. All she wanted was us to pick something else up! Asking us to pay for shipping back for the item when the site clearly made the mistake is absolutely poor taste let alone not the right way to correct a clear error in the company’s part. Not only did this company do a “Bait and switch “ listing items that were never available In The first place but their customer service also never disclosed A refund is allowed and will be issued when the wrong item is shipped minus shipping cost other than remaking something else we don’t want . This “ Lily “ in customer service disappeared never to be heard again. Beware folks..

This store illegally steals artwork and sells them on shirts without permission from the original artist. My cousin’s original painting that was painted to raise money for charity is one of these stolen artworks. Coolspod has not responded to our requests to remove the artwork from their site. They are literally stealing from kids with cancer!!! Shame on you. Is it so hard to design your own artwork?

The colors in the picture look nothing like I ordered. The sky in the background of the pic I ordered was blue white and gray. The sky on the pic I received was different shades of yellow. I hate this picture! Will never order from again.

Bought a shirt they messed up the shirt and then tried to tell me I must pay to ship it back to them after it was thier fault I had the wrong shirt.
