They send me a wrong order. Never again!!! For my opinion the online order should Always be accurate.. no error .. coz if error occurs Customer like me has no time to return the merchandise coz am busy person.

You listed this as an outdoor pad I thought it would come as a wire Bristol doormat but it came as a flush screened thin mat like for in front of the sink? Not outside like an outdoor mat as listed? $40 after shipping definitely not impressed this is a $10 Mac design perfect quality of the mat not what I was going for and not what was listed!

They missed one of my grandchild's name and duplicated another grandchild's name. I asked for assistance but have not heard back. I was a Valentine shirt

I would give this 0 stars if I could. NEVER order from this company. I had ordered some sweaters in November hoping they would be here in time for Christmas. I never got an email that they had shipped out so I emailed them saying I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the sweaters. This “Lily” chick emailed me saying they had just shipped out the day I emailed her. How convenient. So I waited for them and I used the tracking app but for some reason I could no longer track my items it wasn’t available. I emailed them so many times and there isn’t a phone number to call them on so I got no answer. Then I emailed “Lily” again and she got right back to me saying that they should be sitting at the post office. I checked so many times and I talked to the post office lady and she never got anything. I asked for a refund again and she never got back to me. I spent so much money on items I never received. This company is awful, don’t EVER order from here.

I ordered a zip up sweatshirt for my grand daughter first week December. Sent multiple emails that weren't answered. Finally got it this week and the NASA sweatjacket says NAA! It sat in their quality control for weeks. Obviously this company doesn't care what the quality of their product is they just take your money. No phone number for customer service and no customer service through email. Do not trust that what you order will be what you get.If I could I would give them a zero!

The image was beautiful, but the packing and shipping not so good. The frame was damaged when it arrived. I had bought this for a Christmas gift and receiving it damaged was very disheartening.

Like a prior reviewer, I thought that the tractor ornament was 3D, as the photo clearly indicated it, and also described it as made of premium wood. I received a photo of a tractor laminated on a piece of plastic. It’s a piece of junk I would not put on my tree. For this, they charge $16.95, plus nearly $10 shopping. I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas, and it was not delivered until 2 days after Christmas. I tried to cancel the order before I received a shipping notice, and was told that the item was already shipped, and that Christmas delivery could not be assured on orders after December 2. And this for a company selling Christmas ornaments! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a dirt bike Christmas ornament for my little boy that looked 3D in the picture, what came was basically a printed picture of a dirt bike with a hard coating over it. Very disappointing.
