Terrible customer service, can’t even get a response from them

I ordered item in 13 June, shipping said it would arrive June 26… I needed item for Fourth of July…of this year! I get it the 5th of July! They do not “deliver” what they promise. I will NEVER spend my hard earned dollars with them again! No reply from them when you send emails. Spend your money elsewhere.. if I could give negative 10, I would! They list their address as West Virginia, but obviously overseas somewhere as they use DHL for delivery service… scam!!

Never received the hat I ordered, and never heard back to multiple emails I sent asking where it is or whether I can get a refund.

No customer service You replyed to 1 email out of 10 You were uncaring in that reply After almost a month I received the shirts The back I can say was great the design and colors were outstanding The front breast design was way over sized and thru the shirt off balance You do not have a contact phone number to answer questions the time it took from order to delivery of almost a month A special order shirt I ordered 3D for my old navy ship took 2 weeks from order to delivery For 80.00 you would think you would have better communication and customer contact I will go forward and remember your company and stay away from your services and will let my friends know the same

I ordered a hat from them paid 50 dollars for it and still have not received it I sent out multiple emails with no response and it says it has been shipped but the tracking number has no location or nothing and it is to long of a number I contacted my post office and they said the tracking number don’t even pull up and They have not received anything it’s been almost 4weeks!!

It's been one month and I still have not heard anything about my one order. I only ordered one shirt and still have not received it. Tried calling and got hung up on while it was ringing. If no contact in 2 more days, I will call my bank and cancel my order.

The item was not the quality I expected. I also requested to expedite the item and it still arrived way over the expected time.

Ordered a picture frame for a pet that past away. Money was taken but I recied no information about the orde being placed or shipping info. It's been almost a month and I have mo product or information. I even emailed with no response.
