For me it was a great experience because I ordered a leather cap and I received a cloth one of very poor quality.

My products were marked as shipped 2 weeks ago and USPS tracking says they’ve still not received them. Nothing has arrived. Going to assume it’s lost. Also I contacted support about my concern and haven’t heard back in 3 business days.

I ordered chef jackets on 10/04 It's 10/17 I haven't received anything no email I have a tracking number that doesn't show me anything paid 70 for 2 jackets where is my stuff or my money this is ridiculous

I placed an order on 9/18. Here we are at 10/6. I still have nothing. I read that it could take up to seven days to make and a few more for shipping. I placed my order in plenty of time. I need it by the 1st. I emailed asking for tracking info and didn't hear anything. So I emailed again. I got a vague reply saying it's coming, but not by the time I needed it...and still no tracking. I then replied back asking for a refund and to cancel my order. Crickets. No reply. Bottom line this company sucks and will take your money. DO NOT USE

The products are so tiny in comparison to what is represented. I will not use this company again.

I think it’s not good idea to put an hat in a thin and small bag. The hat was crushed. I order an hat (42 $) not a pizza.
