We received the wrong size shirts. I emailed you to see if we could exchange them and did not get a response.

I ordered two Christmas gifts from this company on black Friday. I got the first item early December and never the second more expensive item which was sixty dollars. This place will not contact you when trying to reach out they will not give you your money and they will not give you the expensive stuff you buy. Scammer and completely unprofessional. They don't even have a phone number to call just an email they completely ignore you with. Complete POS company. Never spending money here again.

Ordered two ornaments when they came they looked nothing like the picture. They were the cheapest piece of plastic and I paid $40 for them. They will not refund my money

How about getting the wrong stuff? plus went to try to reorder can't use the payment thing. Also no-one gets back in touch with you. My order was for Christmas so ya'll are a bunch of liars and screwups

I submitted an order almost a month ago and still haven't received my order. The tracking number has been saying it's been in transit for about 2 weeks. When I emailed them about it I got no response. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication. I've now ordered something from somewhere else, which is not something I should have had to do.

This is a piece of crap!!! All plastic and not what I ordered!!! Don't order from them!!! It's a joke!!! And the joke is on me...

The tennis t-shirt I selected for my son had the "your name" choice on the upper left side (breast area). The t-shirt I got do not have the exact design and the name positioned almost on the belly area (smaller size than shown in the picture)...it did not come up at all what was initially offered...I have no way of inserting the t-shirt picture to see how ugly it looks...waste of money with spoiled Christmas surprise....I'm sorry but we are completely disappointed with the quality of this product...waiting 3 weeks for delivery, with no shipping updates and not respecting the design of the original t-shirt...sorry!...

Fake buttons printed on shirt. Makes it look terrible.
