Horrible service ordered a sweater for Christmas 3 weeks early and no reply back. Buy elsewhere they’ll take your money and never send your item

This is a total scam. I have my order #, email address and receipt. They claim it doesn’t exist, but they sent me a shipping number that was created on 12/6, it’s been sitting in Flushing, NY waiting to be shipped. They don’t respond to emails for order status.

I ordered a Christmas present. It’s been over a week. Sense I ordered. When I email the merchant I get zero response no tracking info no order confirmation. When I try and look up my order on their website it can’t find it After seeing reviews I learned at. Fraudulent site rage steals money from people They go by coolspod but when you buy something it’s gone by a different name than that. It claims to be a use company but really in Asia. You don’t get your product you don’t get your money they steal it they ghost you if you message them I desputed with my bank and will be filling companies trying to get their website shut down

I would give them a negative review if I could. Obviously their products are custom printed but the quality of what they are printed on is terrible. We ordered shirts based on the size chart and not one of them fit! Beware as they will not take them back even though it’s their mistake for posting an incorrect measurements chart.

I received 2 Chistmas ornaments in the wrong colors. So far no response to the problem.

I ordered 2 ladies golf shirts which took over 2 weeks to arrive so I missed wearing them in the tournament. When they did come they were way too snug and did not conform to the measurements on the website's size chart. The shoulder, bust and length were each off by 1-2 inches! I've sent 2 emails to the contact email, no response. No number to call either. My next step is the Better Business Bureau.

An order was placed for a shirt and I canceled it within 48 hours prior to shipment. The company is telling me that I can’t cancel and that I am unable to get a refund. My credit card company has to be notified and is standing behind me. What legitimate company, this day in age does not offer returns, cancellations and refunds? Highly discourage anyone from ordering from this site.

It's been 2 weeks since my order was shipped and I have not received it and can't get them to respond. I have canceled my payments to them. I don't care if it causes blips on my credit. I refuse to pay for something I didn't receive. From all the reviews I've seen this place is a scam! Do not order from this place!
