Been waiting on a hoodie for a while…
Been waiting on a hoodie for a while now. Site said printed in U.S. but clearly is not the case. Dissapointed in the false advertisement hopefully product arrives soon if it has even left China after a month

Horrible costumer service
Horrible costumer service or should I say NO costumer service. Do not order from them. I think this is a scam and I am looking for a refund. Again do not order from them. No way to call someone and no one responds to the emails. They took my money and that is the only thing that happened. My order number

No Response on Order???
Ordered sweatshirts on Nov.27,2020 and have not had them delivered and tracking shows them not shipped yet! No one will respond to emails or texts!!! Wondering if this is even a legit company!!! Order#sc841292. Maybe a bad review will get a response??? Would not even give one star at this point!

It says it is manufactured and printed in the U.S.A but it isn't. I was told it was printed in Changhai

Poor Customer service
Bought a Christmas shirt, it was shipped within 1 week but NEVER received. When I tracked order it tracked for 3 days then stopped. When I contacted Coolspod they were NO HELP at all! The order number is #SC839848. If you track it, it was scanned on 12/3. It has had no update since then. USPS has no explanation.
