Firstly, this item comes under various guises, which are changed every so often. I bought mine when it was Coolizi, taken in by the slick adverts, impressive reviews and claims, allied to the need for something of this nature due to the present heatwaves being experienced in the UK Was I sorry ?! It took three weeks to arrive. Total cost of £147 inc postage …. from China !!! If I’d known it was being shipped from there, I’d never have ordered it. Two hours after unpacking I decided to send it back for the promised ‘full refund’. Why ? Well the lowest temperature setting was 16C. The ‘cold’ air could only be felt when within half an arms length. It was only effective in a small room with the doors shut. So it was basically recirculating the air within. It was as noisy as any fan I’ve come across. The most baffling thing on the instructions was that it should not be used with an extension cable and yet the cable length was just one metre. Plus points ? Very light and it actually does work but no better than others half the cost. On applying for a refund I received a prompt reply telling me the cost of posting it to China could be upwards of £50. Alternatively, I could settle for a compensation of £20, which I opted for as I could see trouble ahead. The said amount arrived in my bank account within a few days. My advice? Steer well clear. You won’t find many reviews on this item as the name is frequently changed for obvious reasons.

Leider kann ich keine Sternebewertung im Minusbereich abgeben! Das Gerät haben wir im Netz über den Händler TOTSOO geordert. Mein Rat: Finger weg! Das Gerät hält in keinster Weise was es verspricht: Kühlung! Es kommt nur warme Luft raus. Es ist zudem ein Fake. Auf dem Gerät sind weder das Coolizi Logo abgebildet noch das CE-Logo sind aufgebracht. Es kommt auch nicht im Originakarton sondern nur in einer braunen Umverpackung des Transporteurs (Hermes). Die Gebrauchtsanweisung enthält keine wesentlichen Informatio en zum Produkt. Ich hatte Glück im Unglück, PayPal war sehr hilfreich Dank Käuferschutz habe ich umgehend das Geld für das Gerät zurück erstattet bekommen!

After reading about this air conditioner on their web site and an alleged impartial review I ordered 4 units in the mistaken belief that they actually cooled the air. All 4 were posted separately. First came after a month. I tested it for an evening at home. It had no cooling effect. It is really a poor quality fan heater! I put my fan on near it. You couldn’t discern any difference in air temperature between the two. Only the Coolizi was so noisy you couldn’t hear the fan. Tested again in bedroom that night. No cooling at all. So noisy that wife insisted I turn it off. Interesting that although the product box describes it as a mobile air conditioner, the user manual inside calls it a wall mounted heater.! The fan on it is low power so no use as fan heater either. I agree with the other reviewers that it’s a SCAM. Do not buy. Also AVG anti virus kept putting warnings up about them. Have contacted credit card company for redress.

Ich kann mich nur allen 1 Sterne Bewertungen anschließen. Absoluter Betrug! Nur ein extrem lauter Lüfter, bei dem nur etwas Luft rauskommt. Sonst nix! Unglaublich aber, wieviel Aufwand mittlerweile für Fake Werbung betrieben wird! Egal ob Webseiten oder Youtube. Zig Seiten Testberichte bei denen alles gelobt wird, und alles gelogen ist! Somit wieder Lehrgeld bezahlt! Leider habe ich jetzt erst Trustpilot entdeckt.... In einem Link eines erst kürzlich erstellten Testbericht, der alles als Fake berichtet. Leider 4 Wochen zu spät. Hab das Gerät jetzt gerade mal aufgeschraubt um nachzuschauen was drin ist. Nur ein kleiner Lüfter ca 8cm Durchmesser ist drin, nicht mal Handflächen Groß, etwa die Größe eines Handfeuerzeug, oder wie damals bei den alten PCs, die im Gehäuse verbaut waren.

Hallo Ich bin von dem Unternehmen sehr enttäuscht. In der Werbung sagen sie 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie, das entspricht aber nicht der Wahrheit, seit Tage versuche ich über mehrere Mailadressen diese Firma zu erreichen, bis jetzt habe ich noch keine Rückmeldung wie der Rückversand erfolgen sollte. Ich gebe den 1 Stern der eigentlich zu viel ist für ein solches Geschäftsgebaren.

Hab denen geschrieben wie unzufrieden ich bin. Kauft das Ding ja nicht ist nur ein Ventilator für 172€, kühlt nicht runter, Fernbedienung fehlte ganz. Ist eine Betrugsmasche um ans Geld zu kommen. Hier die Antwort von denen das sie das Ding nicht zurück nehmen weisen daraufhin das die Rücksendung sehr teuer ist und wenn das Ding beschädigt ist keine Rückerstattung erfolgt (gehe davon aus das das Ding dann für die beschädigt ankommt). Bewertung -1 keine Kühlung, viel zu laut. Beschreibung extrem leise, das stimmt überhaupt nicht. Kann man nicht schlafen. Es riecht extrem nach Gummi. Nach 30 Minuten habe ich den Stecker gezogen und Paypal informiert. Ich hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück. Absolut Fake...bloß nicht kaufen.
