Should have read the reviews not surprised on finding them. The product is far from useful with a minimum temperature of 16° and a feeble fan it’s absolutely useless. Unfortunately I bought three of them trying to un puzzle all the communications to send them back starts with their name in Chinese hieroglyphics. Some of these far eastern companies really know how to steal from people by the way they set up their products to include false descriptions and information. I saw this company product in a Tesco ad available at the checkout of a store now I know this was false.  crap product DO NOT BUY
