Coolizi CoolzyReviews of coolizi-coolzy.online

Should have read the reviews not surprised on finding them. The product is far from useful with a minimum temperature of 16° and a feeble fan it’s absolutely useless. Unfortunately I bought three of them trying to un puzzle all the communications to send them back starts with their name in Chinese hieroglyphics. Some of these far eastern companies really know how to steal from people by the way they set up their products to include false descriptions and information. I saw this company product in a Tesco ad available at the checkout of a store now I know this was false. crap product DO NOT BUY

The fan arrived 2 days ago so I plugged it in according to the instructions and after 5 hours of running set at 18C it didn't even reduce the room temperature by one degree. When I checked the temperature output against my normal fan it was exactly the same so it was not pushing out cool air, just circulating the room air. It's extremely noisy. They offer a 30 day returns policy but there is no way I can see how to do that. The product is not as described and I'm very sceptical about how they got 5 star reviews. The product is no more than a normal fan so the description on their website does not match the actual product. I don't believe it's even worth one star. Wish I could give it a zero. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM Update. I sent an email to support at the company I placed the order with to find out how to send it back but it is temporary unavailable and try again in 47 hrs. Which I will do

Gerät auf 16 Grad eingestellt, nach 6 Stunden nur minimale 25,5 Grad erreicht bei Außentemperatur von 31 Grad. Lautstärke in 2m Entf. 60 dB, in 4m immer noch 58 dB. Gerät für die Leistung völlig überteuert.

🙏please do not buy! It is not even 5 Euro worth. This is my first product review ever because I am actually rather lazy, but this product is really fake and needs to be removed from the market. I am pretty sure, it will start burning when operating it too long.

This product is RUBBISH, DO NOT BUY IT! The box that it comes in is worth more than the fan! It’s a very poor fan and nothing more. If you left the fan on all day it wouldn’t even change the room temperature by 1 degree. 24 hour customer service is non existent. I tried to cancel my order before any of my money was taken, yet they did not respond to any of my emails and two days later still took the money. XXX DO NOT BUY THIS FAN!!! XXX it’s not even worth 1 star on the review.

We ordered two Coolizi Coolzy units believing that they would act to cool down the rooms in which they were placed. I tried the units on the cool setting and they achieved zero effect. I have been trying to organise a return and refund but their responses are slow and not satisfactory. These are in fact more like heaters - NOT AC's. Do not buy.

The product doesn’t meet at all the description and produces barely a small air blow / not cold … like a small fan but less convenient as air comes out from a narrow line and produces some hot air. The commercial is totally misrepresenting the reality. DO NOT PURCHASE. I am trying to retune the device and will see if they honor the return policy… which by the way is nowhere to found.
