First CD player was delivered with damage to the packing and when checking the unit, the acrylic damaged as well as part of the mainframe. Contacted CoolGeek (CiCi) who was so helpful and proactive. A new unit was quickly despatched to me, which arrived in perfect condition. Excellent customer services. Oh, the actual CD player is soo cool! Connects perfect;y to my Ruark speakers and sounds awesome. Love it 😊

Hi, Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are so glad to hear that the replacement unit arrived in perfect condition and that you’re loving the vibe of your new CD player. :) I will be sure to pass your kind words along to CiCi. She will be absolutely delighted to know her proactive support made a difference for you! At CoolGeek, we always strive to make things right, especially when shipping gets a little rough. Also, we’re incredibly impressed with your setup! Ruark speakers are known for their exceptional British sound, and we’re thrilled that our player is "sounding awesome" through them. It sounds like the perfect pairing for a high-fidelity listening experience. Thank you for choosing CoolGeek. Enjoy the music and your beautiful setup! Best regards, Will CoolGeek Team

When I received my portable Cd/radio player I quickly discovered it was not working properly. After contacting the customer service team, they suggested several troubleshooting ideas but nothing worked. I was offered a full refund but chose instead to have another player sent to me. My reason for wanting a cd player was very personal. My husband of 30 years passed away recently after an unexpected and brief terrible illness. He loved music and had an extensive cd collection. My first year without him I could not bear to listen to any music. Im in second year of grief and have a strong pull towards listening to his cds. Thanks to the great, kind customer service from Cool Geek my house is now filled with music. Words cannot describe how this feels to me. Thank you for helping me bring his music back to me.

Dear Vicki, I am Will from the CoolGeek team. Your words truly touched our hearts today, and I wanted to personally reach out to thank you for sharing such a deeply personal and moving story with us. First, please accept our sincerest condolences on the loss of your husband. We are incredibly honored that, in your second year of journeying through grief, our player could play a small part in bringing his beloved music—and his memory—back into your home. Knowing that our "CoolGeek" service helped fill your house with music again gives our work a whole new meaning. Music has a unique power to heal and connect us to those we love, and we are so glad we could help you reconnect with his extensive collection. Thank you for your patience with the initial technical issues and for giving us the chance to make it right. We wish you continued strength and many more moments of peace and beautiful memories through the music you both loved. Warmly, Will CoolGeek Team

Amazing customer service and such a cool product. The team was quick, helpful, and super professional from start to finish. The M1 Music Frame is one of the coolest pieces I own, and I’m genuinely happy to have it in my collection. Highly recommend CoolGeek!
