DO NOT order products from this company. I have tried over and over again to get a product that was not delivered or at least get a refund, and their email goes around in circles, their support email thru PayPal is no good, my email was returned, and any email they send back to you, after you file a complaint on their website, in a no-reply email address. Their phone number only sends you back to their worthless "contact us" webpage! In my opinion they are fraudulent when you pay for a product that you do not receive, and am told that a reprint is not approved when I never received the item. I am disgusted with this company that I spent over $500 with for my kids, and they won't even speak to me! NEVER AGAIN! I have filed a complaint with PayPal, whom I paid through, and I demand a refund for the item I did not receive!

I was a little disappointed in the beginning because I didn’t get my orders in time for the special occasion. However, with all that is going on with the COVID-19, I’m going to give this company a break. I did get my orders today and was absolutely pleased with the fleece blankets for my Mom and my daughter. Because I was satisfied, I ordered a fleece blanket for my son. Thank you CoolFamilyTee!!

I JUST CALLED MY POSTAL SERVICE AND GAVE THEM MY TRACKING NUMBER AND THEY SAID IT DOES NOT EXIST AND THEY DID EXTENDED SEARCH AND DOES NOT EXIST

The blanket that I got for my husband took a while to get it but it's definitely worth the wait. I love it and I know my husband will to. Got it in time for Father's day. Thank you 😊.

Excellent services, once payment was submitted through PayPal, The seller made immediate email contact and worked with me until the stole I ordered was finalized and shipped right away. I am very happy with the end product and my son has a beautiful stole as a keepsake. Thank you, Sherri

Awful !!!!! I ordered on the 23 April and apparently my order has arrived at the given country destination but my daughter has not received it

I ordered my husband a shirt the first week of May. I received my order number and nothing else. When I asked for a update it said printing. It is currently still printing a month later. I needed the shirt this past weekend for a trip so I asked for a refund and was told no because the order has been processed and will be shipped out in 5 to 10 days. I no longer need the or want the shirt. I will not do business with them again.

Never got shipping confirmation. My order came over a month later not 5-15 business days, and when I finally received it only 1 of 2 items arrived. Emails are going unanswered, checked my messages sent box and it doesn't even show any being sent. Called the 800 number only to get an automated voice informing me my order will be sent in multiple shipments and it will be another 5 days before the second item ships. Ordered may 18 this is June 10. So much for the Fathers Day gifts!
