I paid $30.00 for a cheap poster!! There is absolutely nothing special about this item!! I will NEVER order anything from this company again!! Very dissatisfied.. Buyer beware!!!

If I didn’t have to leave a star I wouldn’t but I ordered on 5/7 and it’s now 6/9 and still nothing I’ve emailed them multiple times to get the same automated message even after threatening to call the BBB and demanding a refund they offer me 50 percent discount well hello I spent $75 and tha money ain’t the problem the lack of customer service is! They don’t care and Mother’s Day is completely over and it’s Almost Father’s Day and still nothing

** Updated** Quick update. I have now receievd my order after a month but with no correspondence of any sort. So my apologises to Family Tee for bad mouthing them. My only problem now is my order has arrived damaged so I still need to try and get in touch with Family Tee without an order number. So Family Tee if you are reading this, please get in touch or let me know how to contact you without an order number. Thanks. Placed an order on May 18. Money went out of my account May 19. Still waiting for an email confirming my order, so no order number yet. You can’t get in touch with them with out an order number. Can’t email or call without it.

Still haven't received my order it's been a month now

I ordered a beautiful blanket for Mother’s Day on 4/28 and on 6/8 it’s still not shipped out. I call and check the site daily and I still haven’t got an update. I get the whole covid 19 thing but still It’s so frustrating. I call and I get “your order is set to be shipped out in the next 5 business days” well, Karen, it’s been about 10 days and nothing is shipped out!! Very disappointed in this company

Had to edit my original one star post. Did finally get item I ordered back on 5/7 today. After I wrote my original review two weeks ago got email my item was on its way. Still say they need to set better expectations on when item will arrive. Also better communication with customers waiting on delayed orders.

I ordered on April 20th and still haven't received my package, called 2 weeks ago said it would be shipped by June 1st at the latest, still nothing. When you call customer service there's no one to speak with , I highly recommend not ordering from this company and I will never order again. At this point I feel like I've been scammed out of $70

I haven’t gotten my Tshirt yet and not happy about it...
