Ordered a hoodie for the wife on April 9, realizing with Covid-19 there would be some shipping delays even though the company said nothing. Company took its time getting the hoodie printed because the item didn't reach its shipping destination until May 24. Every time I emailed them the response was the same although a different name. after two months and still no hoodie they admitted it was probably lost. I asked for a refund. Their response was that they had ordered another one to be printed (and presumably re shipped the same way). They never asked if I would like a reprint, especially after I asked for a refund. Now almost 3 months later still nothing and no communication or follow up. This is the most terrible on-line company I have ever dealt with. Even the companies in China are better better to deal with (I've gotten refunds after items got lost). Save your money and don't buy here. better yet save yourself the frustrations. They should be ashamed but I guess they dont care - they have our money.

It was an awesome experience working with them it took over a month to get my item and when I emailed them they were very nice and professional and helped me understand what the hold up was would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to everyone

Ordered a blanket and still haven’t received it , they said all they can do is give a 50% refund .. um no , do not order from them they are a scam

I ordered a pillow for my daughter in May it’s now June 30 and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve been emailing back and forth with this company over the order and the last email stated that they would give me 10% off my next order!!! Are they kidding me😡😡. I will never order anything else from this company and advise all others not to order anything. You will SURELY BE DISAPPOINTED

I ordered my Dad a tee for fathers day at the beginning of June. The add said last day for delivery before fathers day. I had 16 days till father,s day. Now its June 28th and cant reach anyone about my dad's tee.Just ruined my fathers day for my single father I love so much! Still no info on my dad's tee and cant reach customer service.

I had ordered two blankets for my two sons and one for my daughter. When I finally received the order 2 1/2 months later I got two girl blankets and one boy blanket. I tried to contact the company by phone and by email and there's no way to contact them. They kept saying my email was incorrect which it was not! I highly recommend not ever buying anything from this company ever!!!!!

Worst company , most likely scam , took money 2months later no shirt, won't refund money.told everyone not buy from them.

horrible customer service, order a poster for Father's Day June 13 it's already three weeks it hasn't arrived I make the claim and they tell me that there is no money back and that it arrives on June 28 seriously? you cannot speak to a representative when you call, I will never order from this company. i don't recommend this company is a joke
