EASY TO BOOK BUT TOOK SOME TIME FOR CREDIT CARD TOGO THROUGH

I just booked other attractions in the area and didn't have to pay 16.5% in tax and fees. A bit disappointed. Otherwise, Booking makes it fairly easy.

Helpful agents, but I am not sure if you will be picking us up near our hotel. (V1935 hotel/apartments). One of us is a slow walker, plus we will have arrived at the airport at 12:45 p.m. after a long flight.

Loved the narration during the cruise and absolutely loved Bolt Castle

I booked 2 tours thru Cool Destinations. Booking the 1st tour, Walking & Hiking Sao Miguel Island, was seemless. Scheduled, paid and clear communication. (Great tour btw but that’s different review). However, the 2nd tour, scheduling was the exact opposite. I received 2 different processing notices. Contacting via text and email was a pain. Then, was told the event was being booked under a 3rd booking code. It was never confirmed. I tried but could not connect with rep. Never went on that tour. So, hit or miss,

You did just fine on this service. Ugly Ann changed date of trip to October 6. Correspondence from you continues to show October 5.

Pleasant experience

The water taxi is a great touristy thing to do while in Pompano beach! You can see some great stuff along the water, with the guides explaining different things to you. My only complaint is the guides basically beg for tips. It's a little distasteful to be honest.
