Views were wonderful. Overall experience needs work.
The actual helicopter flight was wonderful. I really enjoyed the city views. But that is where the wonderful stopped. Checking on the kiosk was confusing. I made the reservations and yet my brother's name appeared on the check in information screen. I thought he needed to enter his information to continue. That was very unclear. I needed to put my information under my brother's name. Just a little odd and quite unexplained until I asked for assistance. I paid $50 extra for the picture package, since no photos were permitted on the tarmac. 2 pictures were taken inside the building and 2 were taken in front of a parked red red helicopter right by the door to the airport exit door. Once were loaded into our helicopter the agent took another picture of the 3 of us inside. The pilot literally started this job 1 week ago and was not very familiar with the Chicago area or the landmarks. He pointed out a couple of different things, but he did not really give a tour he gave a flight with little information or interesting facts about what we paid a good chunk of money to see. The flight was short, right around 10 minutes. Once we landed, the agent let my brother out if the helicopter and immediately loaded members if a new group in his spot. He didn't even wait until we were all out of the helicopter to seat the new group. That was tacky. It was like herding cattle... load them fast to make more money. I didn't like that at all. Let me finish my bucket-list adventure before adding people from a new group, to the back of the helicopter. Stop rushing so much. Once we were back inside the airport, I wanted to see the pictures I purchased. They were strange because it showed us flying away in a red helicopter. We were clearly in the black one. I questioned why those pictures had been sent to me. I was told "those are just stock photos". I didn't pay $50 extra for stock photos that I could have downloaded from the website. I expected actually photos of us flying off in the helicopter that we were in for the flight. Not some AI generated pictures to promote the business.
