What a pack of slimy mongrels. Charged Australian tour in US dollars, then would not give refund when cancelled due to lack of numbers for that tour. Totally unapologetic, most difficult to deal with when trying to rebook a different tour. Give Cool Destinations a VERY wide berth.

Prejudice Organization Denys Service to Individual Travelers. Online registration, when adjusting the number of clients from 1 traveler to 3 travelers the platform denies reservation to single travelers. Yet, for the same 'cool destination' the platform accepts reservations for groups of 2 or 3 travelers. Denial of travel experiences to single travelers is prejudice. They just want the higher payout.

Zero stars My tour was cancelled on the actual day despite being confirmed the day prior - no reason given, no apology , just said good news we'll refund you at some point in tne future. The online chat wasn't accessible (no wonder). I have come a very long way to do this tour, and the late notice left me unable to rebook with an actual reputable company. Appalled at the lack of care or service. Will never use them again and I do not recommend

Avoid the Express coach travel option on cruise port days, suggest you buy a ticket (€30) for a coach direct from the cruise port or use the free port shuttle and order an uber from the terminal pickup point. The express cruise coach from Brugge port to Brugge takes too long as the operator isn’t efficient and doesn’t put enough coaches on at peak times. If you’re in a long queue, you’ll be waiting 90 minutes for a coach. The queue for tickets is also poor as the prepaid ticket line isn’t separated from the main ticket line so again this causes delays.

Unfortunately if I could give 0 stars I would. We booked a 3 day 2 night tour of the Rockies and paid , and then they cancelled ( didn't give us the reason ) 1 day before , then tried to sell us a comparable trip £1000 extra which we refused . Very unhelpful.

misleading and confusing booking interface that caused me to make a purchase I did not intend to complete. During the booking process, the website’s design and presentation made it unclear that I was finalizing a non-refundable purchase. Upon realizing the error, I promptly contacted the merchant to request a cancellation, refund, or account credit. Despite my immediate efforts to resolve the matter, the merchant refused to provide any accommodation, including a refund or future-use credit. Had the booking process been presented in a clear and transparent manner, This agency is predatory, and would have no issue insulting you as evident with their communications with my credit card company.

Absolute garbage Charleston Tour Booker We found an "Afternoon" cruise in Charleston and booked it. There was no time on the event, but we (I think reasonably) assumed that this was after 12:00. We get a notification from the company saying that the time for the event was 10:00am a couple of days before the event, though. Since we already had plans with friends during this time, we wrote back that the tour needed to be cancelled and refunded. Through multiple rounds of back and forth, Cool Destinations tried to foist us off on the tour operator, even though that's not who we booked with. They apparently communicated nothing to the tour company about the fact that we would not be there because of the mislabeled event title. The following morning, we get a call at 9:30am from the boat captain asking us where we are. We followed up several times with screenshots of the Afternoon Charleston boat tour page until they finally said that they're investigating. After about a week—and with photographic proof that we were in the right, mind you—the booker says that the tour company will not refund the order and acts like they have nothing to do with it. If you're looking for a tour event in Charleston, stay far away. This was a terrible experience. 'Cool Destinations' is a terrible tour booking company.

I booked a sailing tour in Seattle weeks in advance, as part of a day trip. The night before my reservation after I had arrived at my hotel, the ship staff emailed me that they were cancelling my reservation because they had a last-minute invitation to join a boat parade! Since it was not my choice, I expected a refund. However, Cool Destinations policy is not a refund, only an exchange for future travel that I have no desire to book with them.
