Unfortunately, our booking confirmation didn't include the company name or provider. We spent almost 30 minutes searching and asking many competing providers for directions. It was a bit chaotic. The pickup address was also incorrect. coo Destination should provide more accurate company names, logos, and pickup locations in the future.

Helpful and informative

This was my 1st time on this boat and the boat is beautiful. The staff is amazing friendly and the food and entertainment was also great.

What makes a good tour great? The people. Alvaro was a great tour guide and with his positivity and enthusiasm, the group gelled and I believe we all had a great day out. Having a vino at 10.30am didn't hurt either. We had a stunning day to show off the Inca Lagoon with sparkling water. The stops at the Vineyard and Llamas felt a bit tokenistic, but were pleasant experiences. Lunch choices were a bit limited but we didn't go hungry or break the bank.

Joseph was a terrific guide and made it fun

Sam, our guide, was excellent. Lots of information and wit to boot. Thoroughly enjoyed our Walking Tour. Highly Recommended!

During the off season so I was the only customer with 2 guides. I saw places and views i wouldn't of without guides. Guides could certainly been better with info about places we stopped. Guides would slow and keep me in the middle. Must say any size raindrops hurt and count has to be fed.

Place was great in all aspects except a/c in 2 guest room did work very well. I asked for the vents to be adjusted to flow towards the bed vs the wall. Was told no.
