The Carbon Oven is great. My first pizza was undercooked... second was perfect.' Just need to adjust the flame. Need to put the controls in the front, Scott told me they are on Carbon 2.

Oven gets incredibly hot and the reheat time between pizzas is minimal. I’ve been very happy with the oven. Would like to see the burner dials moved to the front of the oven to make temperature adjustments easier.

Our family just loves this pizza oven. And now we have the stand and cover!! It’s such a cool set up. Can’t eat store or restaurant pizza 🍕 now. This Carbon oven is everything!

Great Pizza oven! Even better customer service. Through a little rough handling on my part I managed to break a gas line and emailed for support. The team responded fast and shipped out the replacement parts to get me back up and cooking. Thanks Carbon team!

Received promptly, box banged up but great packing-no damage. Heats up rather fast. Loses approx-75-125 between pizzas depending on time empty. More control than Ooni since less burning on high
