We made a reservation in August 2025 well in advance for an Exhibition visit in Miami 11th - 16th April 2026. A deposit was paid and the remainder amount in March 2026. A confirmation was received. Upon check-in we were advised by the hotel that the booking was cancelled by Convenue Hotels. We were forced to book alternative accommodation for our management team at short notice. We escalated this to Convenue LLC and received an apology. We requested a full refund and have receieved no further contact despite several communication. We are still awaiting our money!

Convene provided an excellent experience. My schedule kept changing before the show in Houston, but they diligently assisted me in adjusting my arrival date back and forth over the phone and emails. By the way, they sometimes replied my email in minutes, and the price offered is definitely competitive from the beginning.
