People and process, Contrarian Thinking has both in spades. Within 6 months of joining I was able to close a deal on my first business and leave my corporate W-2 with no previous business experience. The learning content is dense and had everything I needed to start submitting NDAs and review financials. People are unreasonably helpful. In one case, the lending partner sought new bank relationships for the community just because I had one specific niche situation. It's not for the lukewarm; they will keep you accountable and hold your feet to your fire. But if you're ready to put in the work I can't think of a better use of my time and capital.

The team at Contrarian are an extension of your company. From basic help to complex planning they will help you decide the right path. They are available and give multiple times a week to spend an hour working on your business and not just in it. They have been a great advocate pushing me to OWN the business and not just a job. I’ve been part of the CT boardroom since February and in such a short time Codie and her team have helped me so much. My industry is outside the standard services industry that Contrarian specializes in, but we are a small business and the "rules of the game" still apply. So far I have improved my digital marketing and website management - leading to a significant increase in inbound, qualified leads. I have, as well, improved my employment agreements and job descriptions. It's lonely at the top, and you can't complain to the people you lead, so having a community of leaders who understand the challenges is invaluable.
