I ordered all of my material online and had it shipped.The only thing negative is the shipping part.

Dissatisfied
Did not think the instructor spent very much time on what he kept saying was the most time consuming part of the test (math problems). I did not find the presentation helpful. I got the most out of the practice test. I would only recommend someone to get the prerecorded version so they have access to the test. I guess the more I think about it the lower my opinion is.

I ordered the books over two weeks ago
I ordered the books over two weeks ago, and paid for a two day delivery and I am still waiting for the books!!!

Hi Paul, we actually have several instructional videos: course intro and test-taking tips, book highlights and practice test questions. These instructional videos have helped 10's of thousands of contractors to take and pass the exams. If you were looking for more hands-on instruction, we apologise that it didn't meet your expectations. Our system is designed to get you through the EXAMS as quickly as possible. We don't teach you how to be a contractor. We want you to pass the exam. Trust the process: If you don't pass the exam with the content provided, we will help you with a custom study plan. if you fail again, we will process a full refund. I am sure you will do fine.
