We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed that the end-of-course exam didn’t display which questions you answered correctly or incorrectly. North Carolina licensing rules restrict what can be shown after a CE exam is completed, so the system can’t automatically reveal the answers—but we completely understand how helpful that feedback can be. Regarding the course content itself, the Accounting & Taxes module is one of the electives the NC Licensing Board permits for CE because solid financial management is essential to successfully running a construction business. Our goal is to offer practical refreshers on topics that contractors use every day. Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Bundle option. We’re sorry the wording caused confusion about whether books were included. On our site, we intentionally offer both Bundle packages and stand-alone products so students who already own the books—or who only need the books and not the course—can choose exactly what fits their situation. We recognize this flexibility can sometimes be unclear and will work to make the differences more obvious.
