We’re sorry the Memphis test center was closed when you arrived—situations like that are incredibly frustrating, especially after traveling from out of state. The exam sites are managed entirely by PSI, the testing vendor, and we don’t control their schedules or closures. For any site-related issues, please reach PSI directly so they can reschedule you at no cost and address the inconvenience. We’re sorry your package arrived later than expected. We shipped it the same day using the expedited UPS service you selected, but once a package is in UPS’s possession, delivery timing is ultimately in their control.
