The CMS Manual was helpful
The CMS Manual was helpful, however, the highlighting and the Online Exam prep practice tests were very outdated and not relevant to the current exam questions. Get the manual and study EVERYTHING, not just the CTC highlighted sections. Don't waste your money on the online prep class

Another Lazy Corporation
I paid for expedited 1 day shipping and received the package in about 4 days. No refund was given for the shipping and it should have been.

The package left our warehouse the same day you placed the order and was handed to UPS with the correct Next Day Air service, but a delay in the UPS network added several days in transit. I paid extra for overnight shipping and my book still has not arrived.

We’re sorry your book didn’t arrive on the promised timeline. It left our warehouse the same day via UPS Next Day Air, so the delay occurred within the UPS network rather than our fulfillment process. We have already opened a service ticket with UPS to get the package moving again and are monitoring it until delivery is completed. Because you paid for overnight delivery but did not receive it on time, we have refunded the full expedited-shipping fee to your card. If the book still doesn’t reach you soon, we’ll reship at no charge or arrange another solution that works best for you.
