Completely satisfied with this 8hrs course.
The narrator was extremely good, spoke loud and clear at a steady pace. I was engaged throughout the whole session.

I was skeptical about the Zoom for the…
I was skeptical about the Zoom for the mandatory class but it was easy to maneuver and presentation was excellent.

I took the CE course to renew my NC GC…
I took the CE course to renew my NC GC license. Everything was fine until I got to the mandatory course, but when I tried to join the class the host kept rejecting me. Now I have to join again next week, which is ridiculous. I was planning to use this site again next year for my renewal, but after this nonsense I won’t be using it anymore.

I’m sorry this was frustrating; please know our host wasn’t singling you out. North Carolina CE providers are bound by NCLBGC rule 21 NCAC 12B .0303, which requires us to verify ID before the scheduled start, have everyone logged in on time, keep webcams on with each student’s face visible for the full 2-hour course, and remove anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes late, turns the camera off, or steps away longer than a brief break—and once removed we are legally barred from readmitting the student that day or granting credit. It looks like one of those triggers required us to remove you, so we immediately offered a free seat in the next session to ensure you still earn your hours and keep your license current.

Best online course ever
Best online course ever. The instructors were top notch and it didn’t feel like someone reading to you for 2 hours. The Zoom class was informative and entertaining.
