We’re sorry for the frustration and the interruption to your study plans. Your extension purchase came through at 5:33 PM on Friday, after our offices had closed, which is why the access update was not applied until today when our team was back online. We understand how inconvenient that is—especially when you planned to use the weekend—so we have extended your course access through July 31st at no additional charge to make up for the delay. If you have any trouble logging in or don’t see the updated access immediately, please contact us at [email protected] or 888-858-7350 and we will confirm everything with you right away. —Contractor Training Center
