We do want to clear up one important point: the “Assessment/Test” you’re referring to is not the full Practice Exam. It’s a short, 5-question sample designed to give a quick preview of the question style and format. The full Practice Exam is a separate option located directly below that section, and it’s the one intended for more complete, exam-style practice. The sample assessment is limited to one attempt because it’s meant as a quick preview of what the full Practice Exam looks like and the general difficulty level. On audio quality, we take that seriously. We’ve emailed you to ask which specific lessons you’re having trouble hearing so we can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible. Also, your books are out for delivery today. We appreciate you giving everything another look once the books arrive and you’ve taken the full Practice Exam, and we’re here to help if you need assistance finding anything in the course.
