When you sign in with an alternate email, the system treats it as a separate account, which can make your courses and progress appear missing. Please log in using the email tied to your enrollment, and your course and progress should display correctly. We also reviewed the course on our side and did not see any system-wide issues or errors indicating the course was freezing. I’m sorry you ran into issues at the survey step. I understand how frustrating that would feel after spending 3 hours and paying for the course. We checked on our end, and we’re not seeing anything that indicates the course locked up on our side. We can also see that you did complete the course, and your certificate of completion is showing in your account. You can log back into your portal to access your certificate of completion.
