Dear Greg, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. Our delivery timeline is within 3-5 business days. When your order was processed last Friday, we have updated the tracking details, but this doesn't mean our warehouse can ship your order right away. Our warehouse is closed during the weekends and can only ship this today, but since you have decided to cancel, we have requested our warehouse team to just cancel the shipment. Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We would love to make things better if you give us another chance.
