Sent to multiple
Sent to multiple, numerous, excessive, ridiculous amount of incorrect addresses, homes of renters not owners, homes of prospective buyers, a Dennys of all places. Then argued about crediting deals and turned our service off. All over a email that said their leads were bs

Great lead source if you know how to…
Great lead source if you know how to close deals! Refunds are fair and platform is extremely easy to use as far as reporting and tracking goes. Only issue we have had is we can’t get enough! Load us up with Windows Sean!!!!

Outstanding company for leads
Outstanding company for leads! They allow the customer to book their own dates and times, and in my experience these appointments have a much lower cancellation rate. Also, I close a higher percentage of leads compared to other lower cost leads.

As a small company in the growth stages…
As a small company in the growth stages it is important to be cautious as to how we spend our money and where. Lead generation and appointment setting is a big part of our business and we want quality appointments with a company that backs up what they promise. Contractor's Appointments has been that company for us and we look forward to growing our business with them as a part of it.

Stay away!
Company makes a bunch of promises. No leads for months, then 1 day flooded with leads in areas that we dont work in. We have a very specific geography and these leads are not even close. Basically we cant deliver so we will steal as much money as possible before you cut us off!

Wow, Eric, I am so sorry this happened. We had a system glitch I refunded if you every one of those appointments. That is totally our fault, my fault actually. I saw your account was set up incorrectly, the reason you haven’t seen any appointments, I thought I fixed it but obviously should have communicated with you first before turning things back on for you. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and your card will be refunded right now.

If you want to spend money for nothing…
If you want to spend money for nothing this is the place to do it I spent over $2400 for appointments and did not even sign one up don’t waste your time or money....

I'm sorry to hear you haven't closed any appointments. Pros close on average of 30% of the appointments they receive, although with COVID-19 closing rates are down and but are starting to increase once again as things are opening back up and customer's feeling more secure in their jobs. I am completely satisfied with the way…
I am completely satisfied with the way this company operates. Credits are reviewed and processed quickly with no hassle. I unfortunately started this at the worst time when everyone is at home and bored. Most appointments have been people just curious but not ready to purchase. Not Contractors Appointments fault.
