Hail Max leads service is a total waste of time and money in my opinion. From the beginning, I purchased leads and called in 5 days later to find out where the leads were at? They looked into it and realized they didn’t even activate my campaign from the start. So I received 2 leads the following day. One lead came to my inbox and the other went to spam. They use a spreadsheet sheet to tally all leads on and said it is updated in real time. I logged on and checked that morning and nothing was showing. Later that day it is updated showing a 10am appointment (it is after 12 now). I called in to find out why the spreadsheet wasn’t updated, and told( we’ll look into it). I then paused the leads for being out of town and reactivated them once returning. Again 4-5 days go by and I emailed about the issue. Again , told that we will check on it. I get nothing for another week. Then at 9pm I get a VM asking if I can take 2 leads in an area and that they had my campaign paused for weather. I didn’t request my campaign to pause for weather and no one there knows what’s going on. 2 more weeks go by and no leads. At this point I have found another source and reach out to let them know that there service is no longer needed. The person I spoke to acknowledged that HailMax didn’t fulfill there obligation and I asked to just have my balance refunded. Initially they wanted to find anyway to have me take the remaining leads. I have been sent around to multiple people in the office which has done nothing but waste time. One person told me my account was set for refund in the system, but I am now waiting on the owner to reach out and discuss. The owner was given my number and has been copied on multiple emails to give me a call. In my opinion, HailMax lacks clear leadership and upper management to handle situations and do what’s right for the customer ( again…my opinion). I would look everywhere you can to find lead services other than HailMax ( my opinion).

We have been signed up with Contractor Appointments since March 2025. By September of 2025, we had $4,600 in credits because the vast majority of the leads they sent us were garbage. Bad contact info, never responded, said they never asked for quotes...etc. When they give you a bad lead, they charge you immediately and don't refund you even after it's proven to be bad. They just give you credits. So we were stuck with $4,600 of credits in their system. Since then, we have just been trying to get through the credits, so we don't leave money on the table. It is now the end of June 2026, and we still have $3,600 of credits waiting to be used. That's nearly $4k of our money being held hostage. They keep sending us bad leads that they already sent us, and nothing new has come in for months. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.

They're scammers who keep selling my contact into to roofing contractors - using the address of a house I don't even own any more, and a made-up email address. I can't get them to stop. I've tried calling them - no answer. There's no email address or contact us page on their website. I've had 40+ phone calls in 2 days from roofing companies who bought the lead from Contractor Appointments. UPDATE - they actually responded to my review here with an email to contact them, but the email address is also NOT VALID. I kinda think that's exactly what a scammer would do.

I have been using Contractor Appointments for years with minimal issues. Now, as both their lead quantity and their lead quality have dropped off dramatically and their business is failing, they stopped treating me like a client and more like their servant. They had the nerve to send me a disrespectful email demanding a new report that they've never requested or mentioned before. This as for months they've failed to deliver even a few real leads. To add to the insult, when I requested that they explain what this is all about and why they've failed to communicate this request previously, they launched an attack on me accusing me of being mean and closed our account. These people deserve the failure that they're experiencing. They'll all be unemployed in 24 months I'm sure.

Harassing me with tons emails after we haven’t been working together for months and I’ve unsubscribed multiple times.

Too many ads! I've and swamped with this company's ads for more than 6 months. I'm not going to do business with you..

Sent to multiple, numerous, excessive, ridiculous amount of incorrect addresses, homes of renters not owners, homes of prospective buyers, a Dennys of all places. Then argued about crediting deals and turned our service off. All over a email that said their leads were bs

Company makes a bunch of promises. No leads for months, then 1 day flooded with leads in areas that we dont work in. We have a very specific geography and these leads are not even close. Basically we cant deliver so we will steal as much money as possible before you cut us off!
