Hi David, We are very sorry to hear this. You should have received a confirmation email once you enrolled and a welcome packet when your service started. We have sent you an email requesting some additional information so that our customer care team can look into this further. Regarding your Eversource bill, we should be listed as line item on your bill once your service with us begins. If service with us has started and you're not seeing us on your bill, you may want to reach out to Eversource.
