I ordered the healing lamp
I ordered the healing lamp, a crystal on a wooden base. I wasn't expecting it to have a USB plug so I have to buy the adaptor which is a bit annoying but more disappointing is how the crystal is much narrower than the hole in the base it rests on. Without a snug fit, it falls over easily. Worst still, the lights that come up from the base cause a glare. If the crystal fit the hole better it would give off a soft light. This product was made without attention to detail. Each base should fit each crystal or at least closer than this one does. Delivered in a cute box in a timely manner but the product just looks thrown together.

Dear Tara, I hope this message finds you well. 🙏🏻
We are truly sorry to hear that the Healing Lamp didn't fulfill your expectations.
When it comes to the USB cable cord, we would like to note that all our lamps have it, and this information is noted on the webpage of the items, in the product description. We ship our items worldwide, and we wanted to provide the best solution for our customers so that by using an adapter each customer can use it, no matter the electric plug-in.
Hopefully, you will give us one more chance to impress you, and that being said, we have sent you a message for more information about your order so we can provide the best solution for you.
Stay safe and have a beautiful day. ❤️

Beautiful Products and Amazing Customer Service
I absolutely loved the products I bought from them. I bought the Rainbow Obsidian Protection Bracelet as a gift for my boyfriend. He loved it and wears it all the time. I also got the Selenite Cleansing Lamp. It is so pretty and it looks so nice as decoration.
Their Customer Support team is so sweet and they make sure that the customer experience is up to standard. I have no complaints at all. This company is great!
