The "review proof" is a little clunky…
The "review proof" is a little clunky and one time I chose a previous job but it gave me info from another. Also I always get the message about allowing "bleed" space for the artwork. I have no idea what youre talking about. So I jut make a 1/8" white border around the whole rack card.

Hi Pat! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I am sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused, and I'd love to get some more details from you so I can make sure we address all of these concerns. In the time since your review, we completely revamped our proof review process to make it more cohesive and convenient, and I hope that resolves some of the issues, but I still want to make sure everything is taken care of for you. Regarding bleed, that term refers to the process of printing beyond the "trim area" of the printed piece to ensure that any elements placed along the edge of the page do not have any white gaps after cutting/trimming. With a 4x9 rack card, the card is printed at 4.25x9.25 and then cut down to 4x9. For elements that are meant to run off the page, like a background color, you'd extend those elements out into the larger area (1/8" or .125" on each side). Without the 1/8" of bleed on each side, any tiny shift during the trimming process would result in a thin white line appearing on the edge. I would love to get more information from you, so please do not hesitate to give me a call or send me an email at any time.
