Disappointing delays
I've used Conquest for years and service and price is great, but the long delay now in production is really a bad sign. I'm waiting on the completion of a job which, if completed on schedule, will be two weeks! I would have paid extra elsewhere for quicker turnaround.

Had problems with customer service.
Had problems with customer service. Wasn't sure if my order was being processed would not get follow up response.

Your finished product is great
Your finished product is great. However, my online ordering experience, as well as those experiences my Sola franchisee friends have shared with me are not good at all. Your online ordering system is clunky and not intuitive. We also need new graphics for our post card mailers.

Regarding the graphics for the postcard mailers, we work with Sola's corporate designer to setup new designs as soon as they are ready. A new postcard actually launched on Tuesday, and it should be visible under the Direct Mail section of the store. I'd be happy to pass on any specific design requests to Sola corporate as well!
