Hi Lynell, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We have always taken pride in offering low prices and are very sorry about the current increases--definitely not something we are happy about having to do. Unfortunately, we, like all printers and many other industries, have been forced to increase prices due to supply chain constraints and are working hard to keep these price increases and delays to a minimum. However, with the current challenges going on in the print industry, these changes are inevitable.
