Quick response times!
Very responsive. I had a quote on hand less than 30 minutes after I requested it. They even set up my account for me so I could approve the quote and upload artwork with little to no effort. Great service!

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. Thanks for allowing changes at the proof stage, however, it would be better if an actual proof could be seen by the customer before having to approve. This is because the hues and tints vary so that what the customer sees is not necessarily what the final product will look like. Thanks for your services!

We’re so happy to hear you had a positive experience with our customer service team and were pleased with the ability to make changes in the proof stage. However, I apologize you were unhappy with our proofing method. While we do use modern color matching capabilities for our electronic proofs, we understand that viewing them on a screen isn’t always 100%. Because of this, and to make sure your colors are matched perfectly, we do offer contract proofs so you can see your actual project before we put it into production. This does come with a small added charge but is an option some of our customers use, especially on larger projects. We would be happy to discuss options with you and provide you with a contract proof for your next project. Some improvement needed but otherwise good
Conquest Graphics was very helpful at the beginning of my project! However, once ordered, the project had stalled b/c they were waiting on artwork... and I would have never known had I not thought to check in on the status. Thank goodness I checked b/c they have no process of notifying you if your project stalls... it's up to you to stay on top of the order. This is something that should be improved on their end. Otherwise, though, everyone was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The chat feature is a HUGE plus!
