Alex, your Customer Service agent, was very prompt in responding and extremely helpful. Gwen in your sales department was also very helpful and prompt in responding. They provide great customer service. * However, there is a problem with my ability to access my account that continues to be an ongoing problem that no one has been able to resolve.

Great Site and Company
Costumer service was helpful, turnaround time is quick, I appreciated the number of options we had in choosing promotional items. Initially, I found the site (uploading, proofing, etc) to not be as user friendly as other sites. But after playing around with it all a bit, it was simpler.

Real people and real answers
It gave specific questions for me to answer and for me to change. I also liked that if I had a question I could call and talk to a live person who was very helpful. I will definitely use them again!
