Your web portal is slow and clunky. It isn't very user friendly. My new account representative is too new to be on my account to understand and enterprise environment.

The Item was wrongly advertised and i was shipped the wrong item and no refund. After i placed order for the right item which was delayed for one week and later was cancel because they could not ship it out. Bad experience.
