It was my fault - I ordered the wrong item, and they credited me without even requiring me to send it back. Also the item arrived postage free in less than 48 hours. Very impressed. I ordered what I thought would work as an adapter for an old keyboard but I ordered the wrong king. I highly recommend Connection.
