I just want to buy the computer screen my son wants. Why is it so difficult, this is the second time there is an issue with my card. I have to call from a landline phone, who has a landline phone anymore? This is ridiculous.

The item I ordered was listed as in stock when I ordered it. It stated that it should normally ship within a few days. I waited a week and spoke with customer service who informed me it was on back order. I then received a email it should be here the "beginning of May" .Needless to say I will not be dealing with this company again.
