Nothing went wrong, but do not clutter my inbox with solicitations for feedback. Thanks.

Always easy to find what I need or repeat a previous order. The web site tools are very helpful. The email notifications allow me to track the progress of my orders and I don't have to make extra effort to plan my inbound resources. Paul does a great job for me!

Samsung s6 lite 64 GB, opted for slow very cheap shipping which was available, a plus, 5 days West to East coast ground, for savings. About 2 business days for shipping out, email had device serial number included, tracking. Very good buy, used the savings on shipping for a case.

I obtained exactly what I wanted. The web site was well done and advised me how to lubricate my shredder. Looking forward to lubricate my shredder.

Overall decent experience. However, it wasn't always clear what exactly I was filtering on, and it was a bit of a pain to filter on multiple criteria for the same category. For example, I seeing all laptops with 8 or more GBs of RAM requires you to make 3 separate selections and reload the page after each. Also, it might be interesting to capture and track users job titles/functions and then utilize that info to suggest hardware/packages of hardware to future users based on their title/function. Not sure feasibility on that, but would be cool if you could figure it out.

Purchased an item from Connection.com during Massachusetts' sales tax holiday. During checkout and in the e-mail confirmation, it showed (correctly) that no sales tax was collected and the original pending charge was for the amount without tax. However, when the charge posted to my credit card, they had tacked on the sales tax with no other notification, and they updated the online order details with the added sales tax. I e-mailed customer care with information including the Massachusetts sales tax holiday FAQ showing that sales tax for my purchase was not due, but there has been no response after several days. If there is still no response soon, I will need to file a credit card dispute to get the sales tax refunded, which is a hassle on what should be a simple purchase. Update: I received a quick resolution shortly after this review.
